Bulgaria is exposed to a number of natural hazards and risks negative consequences have significant impact on the environment population, industry, infrastructure, cultural heritage, etc. Floods are second most common disaster in Bulgaria. In present work statistical analysis floods for period 2010-2020 made. The paper also proposes an idea early warning system floods. forecasting, which will help timely notify municipalities regional fire departments order quickly control its consequences.
